hinidas incorporates the disciplines of yoga, dance and pilates to create a safe and accessible physical practice tailored to the individual.

With focus on correct alignment, the engagement of core-stability and the natural enhancement of long, lean muscle tone, hinidas provides the tools with which individuals can understand, appreciate and take control of their own bodies so that they can live everyday with poise, balance and hidden-strength.


Bespoke 1:1 lessons

Block of 10 sessions:  £360 




  • 10 x 60 minute private sessions (face-to-face or online)

  • 30 minute consultation via Zoom prior to start of training programme 

  • full postural analysis

  • personalised sequences which safely and securely encourage good alignment, develop strength and promote flexibility

  • a weekly programme plan to encourage, support and achieve client's goals

10% discount thereafter for returning clients: £36 per hour

Single session

  • Available for one one-off / ad-hoc private lessons charged at £40 per hour

  • online or face-to-face

  • at least 90 minutes is recommended for your first session to allow time to make a detailed assessment of your needs and aspirations.

Wellness at work

hinidas body-conditioning classes for companies who are looking to put employee wellbeing at the forefront of their agenda.

Dial-in sessions delivered in a friendly, positive and accessible way allowing employees to learn and practice a physical vocabulary which keeps them safe, fit and reinvigorated for their working day. Classes will:

  • enhance team happiness and promote productivity by improving individual health, fitness and mental wellbeing

  • relieve tension, recharge batteries and create an enriched, rewarding work environment

  • engage and encourage colleagues whether working remotely or at the office

  • avoid back-pain through finding correct alignment when seated at the desk

  • establish good posture and enhance confidence when standing in the boardroom or delivering  a speech on stage

             I have been fortunate to enjoy a diverse and rewarding professional career as a dancer and actor working with top directors and choreographers in West End theatre (The Lion King, Wicked) and Hollywood films (Harry Potter, Alexander) alongside a cohort of exceptionally talented artists. The crucial skill that sustained me throughout my career is the ability to maintain a secure and strong physical technique which has allowed me to remain injury-free and has empowered me to take on anything that is thrown my way. 


My teaching draws upon all the practices that I have used to keep my body in condition: classical ballet, contemporary, yoga and pilates. These tools have also proved invaluable in pursuing my love of the outdoors, be it surfing and skiing or cycling for groceries and running to the school gates.


As a mother I understand the difficult balance of family and work life and the toll this can take on our bodies, particularly in these lock-down times. I hope to encourage you to take the time to ready your body for the challenges ahead and to equip you with the tools to remain physically engaged throughout your whole day whether sitting at the desk or taking your daily cardio. Having experienced the long journey of returning my body back to fitness after the birth of our twins, I know first hand the importance, both mentally and physically, of establishing a positive and empowering practice within each day.
