hinidas group classes emerged from a desire to create programmes for clients who enjoy the motivation and support that comes from a group environment.

With focus on correct alignment, we work with you in the exclusive surroundings of our woodland studio & orangery on the engagement of your core-stability.

 

We believe in sharing knowledge: providing you with the tools with which you can understand, appreciate and activate your own body in order to live everyday with poise, balance and hidden-strength.

Our classes are strictly limited in number allowing all our clients to receive the tailored support that they need.

 

Many of our clients enjoy the camaraderie and shared enjoyment of a group class while secure in the knowledge that our strictly-limited numbers guarantee the focus and attention to detail not possible in a standard fitness class.

 

Classes are undertaken here in the Scottish Ochil Hills in our own private woodland studio (or in the Glasshouse when the weather dictates) allowing a complete escape from the outside world allowing you to focus on maximising your potential.

We aim to empower you to expand your physical vocabulary and to create sustainable lifestyle habits that you can take forward into your everyday.
