"Caroline @hinidas has been such an inspiration for me.


I had a post-baby bod that I was keen to get strong and lean again. I lost inches from my body and sculpted in all the right places. She tailored my programme to my mum/work life doing all the things I love and most importantly I could do at home or in the park including Pilates, yoga, skipping and dance. She even knocked off 4 mins from my Park Run with some fartlek training. 


We had one online session every week for an hour which was a tonic and an inspiration for the rest of the week. I’m thrilled to feel like me again. Thanks Caroline!
